Along with Chef Josh’s experience in the culinary industry, and the staff’s combined years of strong work ethic and experience; Old Souls Catering offers a wide range of services to match any of your culinary and beverage needs. From weddings, graduation parties, corporate events, and everything in between, we can help with all of your events.
About the Chef
Meet Joshua Wolcott
Growing up in Wyoming County, Chef Josh developed a deep appreciation for fresh, locally sourced ingredients through his family’s farms and restaurants.
After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, he returned to Western New York to launch his catering business and continue building his culinary career. Beyond the kitchen, Josh is also a musician and performs with the local band Rhythm Collision.
